 Start-up supervision, management and management supervision
Most of Akvaplan-niva's aquaculture staff has practical management
experience from fish farming companies. We are therefore one of the few consultancy companies able to undertake
temporary or occupancy transition management of fish farms and hatcheries. Since 1985, we
have operated over 50 such enterprises in Norway and abroad.
We also provide management supervision, combined with on-the-job
training, for newly started companies, or for companies introducing new
technologies and or species in their production.
Supervision and monitoring services are also offered to insurance
companies, banks and other financing companies who want to control their
risk exposure or monitor their investments.
